If you want to transfer your domain from Jimdo Dolphin to another provider, you will need what’s known as an “AuthCode”. Your new provider will be able to start the transfer process using this code.

Send our Support Team a message and let us know which domain you’d like to transfer - we’ll send the AuthCode to the Admin-C email address we have on file for your domain.
Please also let us know what you wish to do with your Jimdo contract. Do you only wish to transfer your domain, or do you want to cancel your subscription too?
If you’re using email services with your domain, these services will no longer be available once the domain has been transferred. You’ll to need to arrange for your new provider to redirect incoming emails or connect your domain to G Suite.
