Allow your customers to pick up their purchases from your local shop. Using this feature in your online store, you can tell your customers when their order is ready for pickup with just a few clicks. To do this, you need to activate the function in your shop and enter the address for the collection.
Activate pickup in your store
- Log in to your Jimdo account and choose the desired website
- Click Edit to enter your Dolphin website’s edit mode
- Click on Store > Overview in the upper bar
- Choose Shipping
- Check the box Local pickup, enter the address for collection and additional pickup instructions
- If you would not like to offer any shipping, uncheck the box for Domestic shipping and disable all international shipping markets
- Click on Save, then publish your website
Now your customers only need to be notified when an order is ready for pickup. Simply select the order in your shop and click on Mark for pickup. Your customer will then automatically receive an email at their provided email address.
