Payments related to your Jimdo subscription and payments made by your own customers through your Jimdo website are handled securely. Jimdo works with certified payment providers and does not directly handle or store sensitive card data.
Certified payment providers
Jimdo works with certified payment providers to process payments. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. PayPal and Stripe maintain PCI DSS Level 1 compliance as a service provider, which is the highest level of assessment available for payment processors. Both are also SOC compliant.
Does Jimdo see or store my card details?
No. Jimdo never sees or stores your full card number or security code. Your sensitive card data goes straight to our payment processor's servers, which are built and certified specifically to handle this kind of information securely.
