How do I reset my password?

Should you ever forget your password, you can reset it following these simple steps.

Reset your account password

1. Click on the following link to start the password recovery process:
   Recover password
2. Type in the email address of your Jimdo account and click on Reset Password
3. We will send you an email to the given email address. Click on the link in the email. Please note that this link is only valid for 60 minutes
4. This opens another window where you set a new password for your Jimdo account. Confirm the new password by clicking on Change password
5. Log back into your Jimdo account

Note: If you are using the Social Media Login via Google or Facebook, you have to reset the password at the respective service, not at Jimdo.
