If you are using a contact form on your Jimdo website, make sure to use an up to date email address. This ensures that messages from your visitors always reach you.
Update the email address
- Log in to your Jimdo account and choose the desired website.
- Click Edit website to enter your Jimdo website edit mode.
- Click the Submit button on your contact form.
- Choose your email address. If it is not shown, first add it to your Jimdo account profile.
- Publish your website to apply the changes.
By default, the email address connected to your Jimdo account is used for the contact form.
