Once your Flow is published, you can share it with your customers, receive responses, and update it at any time. This helps you stay responsive and keep your content up to date.
Sharing your Flow
After publishing, you will get a link to your Flow. You can share this link wherever your customers are active.
Ways to share
You can share your Flow link via:
- WhatsApp or SMS
- Instagram bio, stories, or posts
- E-Mails or your E-Mail signature
- On your Jimdo website or social profiles
The easier it is for customers to access your Flow, the more responses you are likely to receive.
Receiving and viewing responses
Whenever someone submits your form, you will automatically be notified.
Responses via E-Mail
You will receive an E-Mail that includes:
- All answers to your form questions
- The contact details of the person
This E-Mail contains the full details and is your main source of information.
Responses in the dashboard
In your Flows dashboard, you can see an overview of all responses.
The dashboard shows:
- The name of the person
- Their E-Mail address
The full answers are only available in the notification E-Mail.
Tip: Save or mark important E-Mails so you can easily find them later. This helps you stay on top of your enquiries.
Editing your Flow
You can update your Flow at any time, even after it has been published.
Making changes
Open your Flow in the dashboard and edit the content:
- Texts such as headline or description
- Form questions
- Content of the automatic E-Mail
Publishing changes
After making changes, you need to publish them.
Click Save and continue to apply your updates.
Your changes will only be visible after you publish them. Until then, visitors will still see the previous version of your Flow.
