You can manage, archive, and upgrade your Flows at any time. There are some important rules and differences between the free plan and Flows Pro.
Managing your Flows
In the Flows dashboard, you can view and manage all your Flows.
Overview of your Flows
You can see:
- your active Flows
- the number of responses received
- basic information about each Flow
This helps you stay organized and keep track of your activity.
Limits on the free plan
If you are using Flows for free, there is an important limitation.
One active Flow at a time
On the free plan, you can only have one active Flow at a time. To create a new Flow, you need to archive your current one first.
Archiving a Flow
If you no longer need a Flow, you can archive it.
How to archive a Flow
Open your Flow in the dashboard and select the archive option.
What happens when you archive a Flow
- your Flow is deactivated
- the link stops working and shows an error page
- no new responses can be collected
Important note:
Archiving is permanent. An archived Flow cannot be restored or reactivated.
Your collected responses will still remain available.
Jimdo Flows Pro
Flows Pro is the paid version of Jimdo Flows and offers additional features.
Features of Flows Pro
With Flows Pro, you get:
- unlimited active Flows
