Should you ever forget your password, you can reset it following these simple steps.
Reset your account password
- Click on the following link to start the password recovery process:
Recover password - Type in the email address of your Jimdo account and click on Reset Password
- We will send you an email to the given email address. Click on the link in the email. Please note that this link is only valid for 60 minutes
- This opens another window where you set a new password for your Jimdo account. Confirm the new password by clicking on Change password
- Log back into your Jimdo account
Note: If you are using the Social Media Login via Google or Facebook, you have to reset the password at the respective service, not at Jimdo.
