Do you need to update your address or email? You can easily update your personal information from your Jimdo website.
Updating your personal information
You can update your Address, email and VAT by following these steps:
- Log in to your Jimdo account and choose the desired website.
- Click on Plan & Billing on the left
- Scroll down until you find the section Billing Information
- Click on Edit and make the changes
- Click on Save changes
The changes will be effective immediately and applied to all future invoices. However, note that open or past invoices will not be automatically updated. If you want to update an open invoice, please contact our support team.
Modifying a name/business name or contract owner
Before sending us a name or change of ownership request, please be sure to contact us directly from your Dashboard or from a verified email address (Jimdo user account or billing email).
To request a change of name or contact owner change, follow these steps:
- Download the form at the bottom of this article.
- Fill in the data.
- Sign the form and don't forget to include the date.
- If you request a contract owner change, please be sure that both parties sign and date the form.
- Get in touch with our support team and send us the signed and dated form.
