You want to renew your contract but are not sure how or when? No worries, here you will find all the important information.
Reminder
We will send you a reminder email six weeks before the payment date so you can review your contract details and prepare for the upcoming payment.
Payment date
The payment date takes place either 1, 12, or 24 months after the initial order. On the payment date, you will receive an email with a secure link that allows you to complete your payment. Click the link to choose your preferred payment method and finalize the payment.
