How do I manage my store products?

While in the edit mode of your Jimdo website, you can view all your products in a list and edit them with a few clicks.

Managing products

  1. Log in to your Jimdo account and choose the desired website
  2. Click on Store on the very left and then on Products to do one of the following:

  Edit

Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to a product, and then on Edit product. You will then be redirected to the product’s page.

  Delete

Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to a product, and then on Delete product. Confirm your choice to delete the item.

  Duplicate

  1. Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to a product, and then on Edit product.
  2. In the menu on the left, click on Product Title in the top corner.
  3. Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the product you want to duplicate and choose Duplicate.

Alternatively, you can go to your website’s edit mode and choose the product you wish to edit. Click on the item’s price and then click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the product you want to duplicate and choose Duplicate.

  Hide

  1. Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to a product, and then on Edit product.
  2. On the left side menu, go to Show in overview and then click on the slider to hide the product.

Alternatively, you can go to your website’s edit mode and choose the product you wish to edit. Click on the item’s price, and you will see a menu opening on the left. Go to Show in overview and then click on the slider to hide the product.
Note: if you hide a product, it will be only hidden from the store page. If the product’s page is indexed or if a visitor has a direct link, the product will still be accessible. Make sure to remove the products that you wish to hide from all categories, and remove all links that may lead to the product from your website. Additionally, you can change the inventory level to 0.
