What is the Companion Chat
The Companion Chat is your chat inside the Companion Dashboard. It understands natural language and helps you take the next step for your business right away. Whether you want to create content, check data, or change settings, you can do it directly through the chat.
What the Companion Chat can do
- Write text for example Instagram posts, emails, or short business plans.
- Take you directly to the right page such as invoices, domains, or design settings.
- Connect you with other tools including Bookings, SEO, or Listings.
How to ask questions
Simply write naturally in your own words. For example:
- Why do I get many visitors but no bookings
- Write me an Instagram post about my new course
- How can I adjust my prices
The more specific your question, the better the answer. For instance:
- Create three social media posts for my spring promotion in a friendly, casual tone
- Show me my last invoice and open the download link
Tip
Start in your Companion Dashboard, open the chat in the bottom right corner, and simply say what you want to do. The Companion Chat will either show you the direct way or take the first step for you.
