You can access the full list of your Jimdo store’s orders directly from the Store section of your website’s Dashboard. To do this, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Jimdo account and choose your website
- Click on Store on the very left
- Click on Orders. The Orders section will display your store's open, fulfilled and archived orders.
You will then see a brief overview of your store’s orders. To obtain detailed information about a specific order, click on the order you wish to manage. You will be then able to:
Archive orders |
Click on the three points (⋮) in the upper right corner and then on Archive Order. The order will then be listed under the Archived tab. |
Contact the customer |
Click on the three points (⋮) in the upper right corner and then on Contact Buyer. |
Cancel an order |
Click on the three points (⋮) in the upper right corner and then on Mark as Canceled. The order will then be listed under the Open tab. Once an order is cancelled, you won’t be able to reopen it. You will only have the option to contact the buyer. Note: Jimdo does not handle reimbursements. Once you cancel an order, you will have to reimburse your customer directly from the platform used by the buyer to make the payment. |
Print the order |
Click on the printer icon to print an overview of the order. Add shipping information. Click on the pencil icon to add shipping information such as delivery provider and tracking ID. |
Additional management options
Moreover, you can do the following in the Orders section of your website:
- Click on the slider on the upper part to add a note to the store order
- Export orders
- Add shipping information directly from the order list overview
