You can set up a personal email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) with all Jimdo premium plans.
If you've connected your own domain to your Jimdo website, you can use one of the following methods to set up your email address.
Note: This only counts for domains registered with Jimdo. You may use Google Workspace with your forwarded domain, but cannot do so using our connection. You’d have to take care of these settings at your domain provider.
A forwarding address, also called alias, is a pure forwarding of incoming emails. This email address does not have its own inbox, but will simply forward the messages on to a real email account.
Also, you won’t be able to answer from a forwarding address.
You can use Google’s paid service Google Workspace to set up your email address with your domain.
Alternatively, you can connect your domain with the paid service Microsoft 365 and create your email accounts there.
External provider using MX records
Feel free to connect your external email provider with your domain by setting up MX records from your Dashboard.
