If the cancellation of your store or website plan has been scheduled but not carried out yet, then you can still revert the cancellation in your dashboard.
Removing the cancellation by yourself
- Log in to your Jimdo account and go to the Dashboard of the affected Jimdo website
- Click on Plan & Billing on the left
- Click the button that says Reactivate plan
- Then, click the button that says Yes, reactivate my plan
- Done!
That way, you can reverse the cancellation up to the scheduled cancellation date. If the cancellation has already been processed, you can upgrade again and use a premium plan of your choice with your website.
