You can cancel paid add-ons, such as additional domains, professional email addresses, or other paid extras, directly from your Jimdo dashboard. Cancelling an add-on is separate from cancelling your Jimdo plan and takes effect at the end of your current billing term.
Before you start
Before you cancel an add-on, please note the following:
- Cancellations always take effect at the end of your current billing term.
- Your add-on remains active until your billing term ends.
- Jimdo does not provide refunds or partial refunds for the remaining time in your billing term.
- You can only cancel one add-on at a time.
- Once you've scheduled a cancellation, you can't undo it yourself. If you change your mind, please contact Jimdo Support before the end of your billing term.
How to cancel an add-on
- Log in to your Jimdo account and open the dashboard of the website you want to manage.
- Select Plan & Billing.
- Click Manage subscription.
-
Select Cancel an add-on.
- Choose the add-on you want to cancel.
-
Confirm your cancellation by clicking Cancel for the selected add-on.
After you confirm the cancellation, your add-on will remain active until the end of your current billing term. It won't renew automatically.
Why can't I find my add-on?
If the add-on you want to cancel isn't listed, one of the following may apply:
- The add-on has already been cancelled and is scheduled to end at your next renewal.
- The add-on is included in your plan and can't be cancelled separately.
- The add-on is in a pending state, for example while a domain transfer is being completed.
- The add-on is already in its final billing term and will expire automatically.
If none of these situations applies, please contact Jimdo Support.
What happens after I cancel?
After you schedule a cancellation:
- You can continue using your add-on until the end of your current billing term.
- The add-on won't renew and you won't be charged again.
- You won't receive a refund for the current billing term.
- You can purchase the same add-on again at any time from Plan & Billing.
Can I undo a scheduled cancellation?
No. Scheduled cancellations can't be reversed from your dashboard.
If you change your mind, please contact Jimdo Support before your current billing term ends. We'll be happy to restore your add-on before the cancellation takes effect.

Why can't I cancel my add-on immediately?
Add-on cancellations always take effect at the end of the current billing term. This is the same cancellation policy that applies to Jimdo plans.
Can I cancel more than one add-on?
Yes, but you can only cancel one add-on at a time. To cancel multiple add-ons, repeat the cancellation process for each one.

Not from your dashboard. If your billing term hasn't ended yet, contact Jimdo Support and we'll restore your add-on for you.
My Jimdo plan is already scheduled for cancellation. Can I still cancel an add-on?
Yes. Plan cancellations and add-on cancellations are managed separately. Both will take effect at the end of your current billing term.
Why can't I find the Cancel add-on option?
This usually happens for one of these reasons:
- The feature isn't available in your country yet.

- The add-on is currently pending.
- The add-on is included in your plan and can't be cancelled separately.
If you're still unable to cancel your add-on, please contact Jimdo Support.
What's the deadline for cancelling an add-on?
You can cancel an add-on until 1 day before your renewal date. For subscriptions billed in Japan, the deadline is 7 days before renewal.
If you've passed the cancellation deadline, the Cancel add-on option won't be available. Please contact Jimdo Support if you need assistance.
