Modify booking deadlines
Booking deadlines define when customers can start booking and when bookings close.
In Bookings, you define booking deadlines directly when creating or editing an event. This allows you to set individual rules and deadlines for each event.
Set opening and closing deadlines
Use opening and closing deadlines to control when customers can book an event.
- Go to Bookings in your dashboard
- Create a new event or edit an existing one
- In the event setup, define when bookings open and close
- Set the timeframe using hours, days, or weeks
- Save the event
Customers will only see time slots that fall within the defined booking window.
Set a cancellation deadline
Cancellation deadlines define how long before an event customers can cancel a booking.
- Open Bookings
- Create or edit an event
- Define the cancellation deadline in the event settings
- Choose a timeframe such as hours, days, or weeks
- Save your changes
Once the cancellation deadline has passed, customers can no longer cancel their booking using the link in the confirmation email.
