How does the booking page work?
When you create a new event, you'll see a share step with a preview of your booking page and links you can use to share it.
You can share your booking page right away, for example on social media, by email or anywhere else you'd like clients to find your event.
Note: The Bookings block on your website continues to work as before and is optional. You can use your booking page, the Bookings block on your website or both.
How do I share an existing event?
You can also create and share a booking page for an event you created earlier.
To share an existing event:
- Go to Bookings in your dashboard.
- Open the event you want to share.
- Click the ⋮ menu next to the Edit button.
- Select Share.
- In the sidebar, click Create booking page.
Your booking page is created the first time you open Share for that event.
Where can I edit my booking page?
The content and design of your booking page are managed in different places.
You can edit event information such as the event name, description, times and price directly in Bookings, where you manage the rest of your event.
To change the design of the booking page, such as its colours, layout or header image, open your website editor and use Edit action page.
What should I check before sharing my booking page?
Your booking page is public and allows clients to make bookings. Before sharing it, make sure your legal pages, such as your imprint and terms, contain all the necessary information.
The share step provides a link that takes you directly to your website's legal page settings.

Important: When you delete an event, its booking page is automatically archived. The link to the booking page will no longer work.
If you want to offer the event again with a booking page, you'll need to create a new event.
