Where do I find my Measurement ID?

If you’d like to connect Google Analytics with your website, you need to find the Measurement ID for your Google Analytics 4 property.

Where do I find my Measurement ID? (GA4 property)

1. Open Google Analytics and sign in to your account.

2. If you manage multiple properties, click on the property name at the top left and select the GA4 property you want to retrieve the Measurement ID for.

3. Click on “Admin” (gear icon) in the left-hand menu.
4. Under the “Data Collection and modifications” section, select “Data Streams”.

5. Click on the data stream linked to your website.

6. The Measurement ID is displayed at the top of the data stream page. It follows the format "G-XXXXXXXXXX".

Note: your Measurement ID needs to start with G- followed by a combination of 10 characters. Your Measurement ID should look like this: G-XXXXXXXXXX
