After activating your statistics and waiting a while, so that data may be gathered, you'll have the following means of customizing the statistics and reacting to the results.
How do I limit the results to a specific time period?
Should you only need results for a specifc time period, then you can filter the statistics results. This can come in handy if you'd like to compare certain time periods or if you'd like to know how well a limited sale on your website did.
Within the statistics overview, click the dropdown menu in the top right and choose the time period you'd like to view. By default, you'll see last week's results here. After choosing a time frame, all numbers and graphs of your statistics will be displayed for the chosen time frame.
How do I evaluate the statistics numbers?
To make it as easy as possible for you, the numbers of your statistics are color coded. Results that are displayed in red offer more room for improvement, while green numbers indicate that your website is already performing well here.

Which users are tracked using the statistics function?
Your visitors' privacy is important to us, that's why our statistics function is less intrusive than alternative, external tools. The big advantage here is that using our function, all your website visitors can be tracked, not only those who have agreed to the collection of such data.
Your visitors on the other hand are tracked more anonymously. This is advantageous for you because all your website visitors are being tracked, thus the data paints a clearer picture. Please note that the metrics won't be as accurate as i.e. Google Analytics. Our statistics counts repeat visits from the same user as several visitors within statistic, while Analytics is able to distinguish between individual visitors.
Therefore, it is indeed possible that the numbers of our statistics are different from the ones in Analytics.
Can I also connect Google Analytics to my website?
Of course! If you'd like to make the most of your website, then you can activate Analytics alongside our own statistics feature. We explain how to connect Analytics to your website here:
