How to Create a Screenshot
Please select the operating system of the device you are using:
Windows
Microsoft Windows is the most common Operating System (OS) for non-Apple computers and Laptops. The current most common versions of Microsoft Windows are Windows 10 (released 2015) and Windows 11 (released 2021).
Creating a Screenshot
The easiest way to create a screenshot on your Windows device is to use the native application: Snipping Tool.
1. Open the Snipping Tool by simultaneously press the following button combination

2. Select the area that you would like to screenshot
3. Save the screenshot using the Save option found in the Snipping Tool menu.
Where to find the created screenshot
The screenshot will be found in the location where you saved it in the previous step.
MacOS
The default Operating System (OS) for Apple computers. If you are using an Apple computer, such as a MacBook, iMac, or Mac Mini, your device would be running MacOS. This is how you can create a screenshot with your device:

2. If successful, a thumbnail of the screenshot should appear in the bottom corner of your screen, and then disappear.
Where to find the created screenshot
When you see a thumbnail in the corner of your screen, click it to edit the screenshot. Or wait for the screenshot to save to your desktop.
iPhone/iPad
The systems used for Apple iPhone and iPad products are very similar, as a result, the method to create screenshots is the same for both product ranges. This is how you can create a screenshot with your device:

Open Photos, then go to Albums > Media Types > Screenshots.
Android

Open your phone's Photos app Photos. Then go to Library > Screenshots.
ChromeOS
ChromeOS is the default Operating System (OS) for Google Chromebook. This is how you can create a screenshot with your device:

Linux
Linux is a specialist open-source Operating System (OS). Put in simple general terms, common consumer devices do not usually come with this OS preinstalled and would require the user to purposely install it.
