Unpaid invoice
If your subscription invoice is unpaid, your website is automatically suspended until payment is received.
How to check
- Log in to your account
- Go to Dashboard → Plan & Billing
- Pay any open invoice using card or PayPal
What happens after you pay
- Your website is restored automatically within 48 hours
Debt collection:
- If you fully settled a claim via Debtist or PAIR Finance, your website is restored automatically within 48 hours
Domain issue
Jimdo domains do not expire separately. They are automatically renewed as part of your subscription.
However, if you are using an external domain (not registered through Jimdo), your website can go offline if that domain is suspended.

Domain suspended by registrar
Your domain may be blocked by the registrar due to:
