Payment Links let you create a shareable link that your customers can use to pay you online. You can share it via email, messaging apps, or social media. Your customer completes the payment through a secure checkout page. Payment Links are currently available in selected countries.

One time links can only be used once. After a customer completes the payment, the link expires automatically. Create a separate Payment Link for each customer if needed.

How long does a Payment Link stay active
By default, a Payment Link is valid for 14 days after creation.
When creating a link, you can set a different duration. You can either define a custom number of days or choose from predefined options such as 1, 7, or 14 days. This allows you to keep the link active for a specific period, for example during a campaign or until a project deadline.
Once the selected duration has passed, the link expires automatically and can no longer be used for payment. If needed, you can create a new link.
Which currency is supported
Currently only EUR is supported.
What is the difference between a Payment Link and an invoice
An invoice is a formal document. A Payment Link is a quick way to collect payments.
What happens if my customer doesn't pay before the expiry date
The Payment Link status changes to "Expired" and the link can no longer be used. You can create a new Payment Link and share it with your customer. To avoid this, set a longer expiry date when creating the link for example a week or a month.
