After creating a service or event, you need to make it visible on your website so visitors can see and book it. To do this quickly, click Add to website right after creating a service or event. This automatically adds a booking calendar with the selected appointment to your website.
Alternatively, you can add the booking calendar manually to your website and connect it to a specific service or event afterward.
Adding a booking calendar and connecting it to a service or event
The following steps apply to the old Bookings version. They continue to work for existing customers.
- Log in to your Jimdo account and enter the edit mode for the desired website .
- Add the booking calendar where you want it by clicking Add block and selecting Bookings.
- You can add multiple booking calendars to your website and connect them to the same service or event to increase visibility.

Click on the booking calendar itself and select the service or event you want to connect. All previously created services and events are listed here.
From this selection, you can also create a new event directly by clicking Create new, without leaving the booking calendar block.
- Done. Don’t forget to publish your website again so visitors can see your booking calendar.
As soon as the first bookings come in, you can start managing your bookings . You will automatically receive email notifications for new bookings and cancellations.
