With services, your customers can book suitable individual appointments within a time period defined by you. You specify the days and times when bookings are possible in the settings and then create the services you’d like to offer.
If you want to offer appointments for several people at the same time, such as workshops or seminars, you should create an event instead. You can learn more about this here:

Important notice about migration
If you are currently using the old version of Bookings, you will soon be automatically migrated to the new version. You do not need to prepare or activate anything.

Creating services in the old Bookings version
The following steps apply if you are using the old Bookings version. For existing customers, nothing changes for now.
- Make sure you’re logged in to your Jimdo account and choose the desired website .
- Click on Bookings in the menu on the left.
- Click Create New in the top right corner and select New Service.
- Enter the details of your service:
- Choose a clear and descriptive name. It will appear in your booking calendar and email notifications.
- If the service is paid and has a fixed price, enter it under Price. Online payments are not available, so agree on a payment method directly with your customer.
- Set the Duration of a single appointment. Customers can then choose a time within your available slots.
- Fill in the remaining fields, such as a different address, and use the Description field for additional information.
- Click Add to website to display the booking calendar immediately. Alternatively, you can save the service and add the booking calendar manually later .
