How to check
- Log in to your account
- Go to Dashboard → Plan & Billing
- Pay any open invoice using card or PayPal
If you cannot find the invoice or cannot access the information you need, contact Jimdo Support.
My payment failed
If you tried to pay an open invoice but the payment was not successful, your website remains suspended until payment is received.
What to do
- Go to Dashboard → Plan & Billing
- Try to pay the open invoice again using card or PayPal
- If the payment continues to fail, contact Jimdo Support
My domain is the problem
Jimdo domains do not expire separately. They are automatically renewed as part of your subscription.
However, if you are using an external domain that is not registered through Jimdo, your website can go offline if that domain is suspended.
An externally managed domain may be suspended by the registrar due to:
- Policy violations
- Legal issues
- Unpaid domain registration
What to do
- Check with your domain provider
- Make sure your domain is active and fully paid
- Check emails from your domain provider for the reason
- Log in to your domain provider account and review the domain status
- Resolve the issue or contact your provider’s support
None of the above
If your payment is complete and your domain is active, the issue may be temporary.
What to do
- Visit status.jimdo.com
- If everything is operational and your website is still offline, contact Jimdo Support
Include:
- Your account email
- What you see when accessing your site
- Payment confirmation
